The solemn ceremony of handing over awards was held in Tashkent on 23 December 2013.

Vitaliy Denisov won in the result of the poll, which was conducted among journalists, the press service of the Uzbekistan Football Federation said.

Nasaf manager Roziqul Berdiev was named as the best coach of the year. Nasaf finished on the third place last season.

Uzbekistan U-17 players Akobir Turaev, Jamshid Boltaboev and Izzatilla Abdullaev were named as the best young players of 2013.

Uzbekistan U-17 coach Dilshod Nuraliev won in the nomination “The best children coach on football of the year”. Locomotive Tashkent received a Fair Play award, while referee Ravshan Irmatov was named as the best referee of Uzbekistan for the eighth time in a row. Nasaf midfielder Artur Gevorkyan received the award of the most valuable player.

Press service of Nasaf Karshi won in the nomination “The best press service”. Ukrainian forward of Bunyodkor Aleksander Pishur received the award for the best goal scorer of the Oliy Liga as he netted 19 goals last season.

During the ceremony, Uzbekistan Football Federation awarded members of Uzbekistan U-20 and Uzbekistan U-17, who successfully performed at the World Cups in Turkey and the UAE respectively.

The players received money prizes, while their coaches Ahmadjon Musaev and Dilshod Nuraliev received Chevrolet Malibu cars.
