Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Representatives of the Uzeltekhsanoat Association held a meeting with representatives of the renowned German Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB), during which they discussed expanding cooperation with electrical engineering enterprises in Uzbekistan.

The meeting focused on improving the quality of services within the national quality infrastructure and addressing current issues faced by business entities.

Both parties emphasized the need to unite the potential of standardization, metrology, and conformity assessment institutions to provide comprehensive support to the electrical engineering sector.

In addition, the participants discussed the implementation of the Calidena methodology aimed at improving quality in the electrical engineering field. The approach was recognized as an important tool for industrial enterprises to effectively utilize the national quality infrastructure, enhance product competitiveness, and meet international standards.

The parties expressed their readiness to strengthen the partnership and implement the initiatives outlined under the project in stages.
