Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The city of Ferghana has received 12 new Asia Star buses, according to the press service of the Ministry of Transport of Uzbekistan.

The vehicles, purchased by Ferghana Avtotranskhizmat, will be used on urban routes under a gross contract. This is another step in the program to modernize the public transport system and improve the quality of passenger services in the region.

According to the plans of the carriers, another 62 buses are expected to be delivered to the city by the end of 2025, significantly updating Ferghana's bus fleet.
