Uzbekistan’s permanent population exceeds 37.5 million

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — As of 1 January 2025, the permanent population of Uzbekistan was 37,543,167 people, according to the Statistics Agency.

As of 20 January, 2025, this number had increased to 37,576,214 people.

Of the total population, 18.6 million are women, and 18.9 million are men.
