Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  Minister of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan, Sherzod Shermatov, held a meeting with Steven Yi, President of Huawei for the Middle East and Central Asia.

The meeting took place as part of events celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) Academy’s activities in the region.

The discussions focused on the successful collaboration in training ICT professionals in Uzbekistan based on Huawei’s educational initiatives.

Additionally, the possibilities for expanding cooperation in encouraging Uzbekistan’s youth to study advanced technologies and organizing major events for students in the region were considered.
