The exhibition and forum are planned as a significant event familiarizing the wide audience as well as professionals in the field of information technology with the practice of creating and implementing projects in the field of software development in the country.

All the achievements and prospects of the software industry, designed for businesses, public institutions and population will be demonstrated at the exhibition. The National Forum of Programmers will bring together the leading experts in the field of development and implementation of software products, and will allow them to discuss the latest achievements in the field, share their experiences and conduct master classes.

The time of the exhibition and forum was not chosen randomly and coincides with the International day of Information Society – May 17th - announced by the International Telecommunication Union in 2005. And from this point of view, the exhibition is a unique contribution of Uzbekistan into the international initiative.

The events will be attended by international and local IT companies, software producers, content developers, service providers, research and educational institutions, representatives of ministries and departments. More than fifty companies in the software market have applied for participation in the exhibition, also more than 200 IT companies will participate in the Forum.

The course of the exhibition includes seminars, conferences, broadcasts of presentation programmes, sharing the experiences on the implementation of successful projects in the industry.

During the exhibition, the awarding ceremony of the Republican contest winners in the following categories will be organized: Software product – brand of the year; The best company in the sphere of IT education; The best project implemented in 2007. In addition, the "Seminar room" will be arranged for exhibitors for organizing large-scale activities on promoting their own products and services. It is also planned to conduct a wide variety of recreational activities.
