The map was developed by OXUS Culture in cooperation with the Goethe-Institute in Uzbekistan and Termez Archaeological museum. The map was prepared in three languages.

The map has been developed to enhance the tourism potential of the region and disseminate information about cultural and historical monuments of the region.

The map includes 20 objects on the territory of ancient Termez, such as complexes of Hakim Termiziy, Fayoztepa, Zul-Kifl, Sulton Saodat mausoleums of Imam Termeziy and Kokildor ota, minaret Zurmala and other cultural and historical sites.

The project partners are planning to improve the map and develop similar maps for other regions of Uzbekistan.
