The next stage of the Women’s Fencing World Cup starts in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The next stage of the Women’s Fencing World Cup started in Tashkent.

About 158 athletes from 20 countries of the world, including Italy, France, South Korea, Greece, Azerbaijan, the USA, Germany, Hungary, take part in competitions that give valuable points for the world ranking.

Some 19 representatives of the national team of Uzbekistan will take part in the competition, including the leading athletes Zainab Daiibekova, Paola Pliego. According to the regulations, today the group stage will be held first, and then the confrontation within the 1/128 and 1/64 finals.
