A public service to be provided for issuing a qualification certificate of a corporate manager

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Government resolution approved the administrative Regulations for the provision of public services for the issuance of a qualification certificate of a corporate manager

According to the Regulations, the qualification certificate of a corporate manager is issued by the Higher School of Business and Entrepreneurship to confirm the qualification in the field of corporate governance.

The applicant must meet the following basic qualification requirements:

a certificate of completion of the training course of the Higher School of Business and Entrepreneurship "Modern Practices and Principles of Corporate Governance";

mastered the discipline of corporate governance at a level of 86 points and above in the specialties of the Master's program of the Higher School of Business and Entrepreneurship "Business Management", "Capital Market and Exchange Operations" and "Small Business and Private Entrepreneurship" ("Business Innovation and Entrepreneurship"), and also studied and has worked in higher education institutions and Business Schools of foreign countries, has an academic degree, as well as the highest mark or score in the subject of corporate governance.

For the provision of public services, a fee of 1 basic evaluation value (300,000 soums) is charged (when applying through the website my.gov.uz, the fee is 270,000 soums).

The qualification certificate is valid for 5 years and cannot be renewed.
