Issues of sanctions compliance discussed at the Central Bank of Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A training seminar was held at the Central Bank of Uzbekistan, organized jointly with the international consulting company Deloitte, to discuss issues of sanctions compliance. 

It was attended by Deloitte Managing Director Rustam Mukhametshin, as well as representatives of the Central Bank and commercial banks.

At the training seminar, presentations were made on topical areas, such as the concept of sanctions and types, legal framework and implementation practice, an overview of existing international sanctions, the impact of sanctions on the financial sector, secondary sanctions, etc.

At the end of the event, the participants received answers to all their questions.
