The construction of an additional facility on the territory of the common property of apartment buildings is prohibited
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A resolution of the President "On additional measures to further improve the management system of multi-apartment buildings and financial rehabilitation of managing organizations" was adopted.
A decision was made on state support for each homeowners association (HOA) that has problematic accounts payable, if they decide before 1 September 2022 to change the way the homeowners association is managed.
all partnerships in the republic that have problem bank loans can be liquidated in case of obtaining the conclusion of the relevant bank;
as a rule, a management organization with a high rating is involved in the management of multi-apartment buildings that are under the control of a liquidated or changed the way of management of an association of homeowners;
The Ministry of Housing and Communal Services for 6 months monitors the activities, including the quality of the services provided, of the involved management organization and takes measures against managing organizations that do not comply with the rules for carrying out activities for the management of apartment buildings.
From 1 November 2022:
management bodies of apartment buildings carry out management activities only after being included in the electronic register;
in the design documentation for the construction of a house, the cadastral passport clearly indicates the list of common property;
it is forbidden to make changes to the project documentation, cadastral passport and permission to operate an apartment building in which construction and installation work has been completed, in order to reduce the common property, build an additional facility in the adjacent territory after the issuance of this permission.
