Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The National Chamber of Innovative Healthcare of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Crown Agents Limited (Great Britain) signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the health sector on 28 February 2019.
The document was signed by Rovshan Izamov, Chairman of the National Chamber of Innovative Health, and Olga Silvestrova, Regional Manager for Eastern Europe and Central Asia at Crown Agents Limited.
The signing took place within the framework of the 24th meeting of the Uzbek-British Trade and Industry Council (UBTIC) held in Tashkent, the press service of the National Chamber of Innovative Healthcare of the Republic of Uzbekistan said.
In the framework of the memorandum, the parties reached an agreement on the implementation of a pilot project based on developments of a British company in the health sector of Uzbekistan.
It should be noted that Crown Agents has been operating in the UK since 1838. The company’s digital platform, which uses the blockchain technology, allows you to track the entire supply chain of goods, in particular medical products and equipment, ranging from their production, transportation and delivery to consumers.
