Central Bank registers new microfinance organizations

Tashkent-based Biznes express mikrokredit tashkiloti LLC received license to carry out activity of microfinance organization. The charter capital of the firm is 28 million soums.
The organization plans to render microcredits and microloans, consumer credits and microleasing services. Currently, twenty-three microcredit organizations work in Uzbekistan.
The Central Bank also issued license to Fargona invest kredit LLC, which is also located n Tashkent. The firm will work as pawn-shop and provide credits to its clients. Currently, 32 pawn-shops operate in Uzbekistan.
