UTair can receive right to carry out Omsk-Namangan flights

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Federal Agency for Air Transport (Rosaviatsia) can issue permission to Russian company UTair to carry out international regular passenger transportations from Omsk (Russia) to Namangan (Uzbekistan).
Rosaviatsia will soon consider application of UTair on transportation of passengers on route Omsk-Namangan. The airline plans to conduct one flight a week with Boeing airplanes.
IrAero airline has permission to conduct two flights a week on route Omsk-Namangan, but according to Rosaviatsia, the airline is almost not using it.
