Uzbek pilgrims continue to arrive in Saudi Arabia

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Pilgrims from Uzbekistan are continuing to arrive in Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj pilgrimage, the information service of the Committee on religious affairs said.
After arriving to Medina, pilgrims from Uzbekistan accommodated in Anjniha Tayyiba Hotel. Currently, 10 members of the working group, six doctors and 4 cooks provide services for 1,273 pilgrims from Uzbekistan.
About 12 members of the working group, 10 doctors and six cooks render services to 1,500 pilgrims from Uzbekistan.
At Salihiya Hotel in Mecca, catering place for 1,700-1,800 persons were created. All pilgrims from Uzbekistan receive meals three times a day.
Each room in the hotel has TVs with Uzbek channels such as Uzbekistan and Forum TV, which broadcast their programmes in Uzbek language.
At the hotels, pilgrims are holding meetings with officials of the Committee on religious affairs, Uzbekistan Muslims Board and doctors on rules of staying at Saudi Arabia, Hajj performance and taking care of their health.
The committee said that currently the temperature in Mecca is about 39-41 degrees on Cesium and doctors are taking care about pilgrims. Currently, all pilgrims from Uzbekistan are feeling themselves fine.
