Kelajak Ovozi media camp starts to accept applications

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Center for Youth Initiatives “Kelajak Ovozi” and Fund Forum started to accept applications to participate at the annual media camp.
The media camp will be held on 16-22 August 2013 in Tashkent region and it will part of the Week of Youth Journalism. The applications will be received till 5 August 2013.
The media camp will attract radio and television, print, as well as Internet journalists, who want to improve their professional knowledge. The camp will help to improve skills of the journalists.
The training camp consists of three parts – educational, practical and cultural. The trainings will cover important and modern aspects of developments in media space. The media camp is directed at improving skills of journalists in using modern information technologies.
The camp will include meetings and master classes with leading representatives of newspaper and internet editions, representatives of culture and art. The practical lessons will focus on coverage of socially important projects in mass media.
The camp will attract young people at the age between 18 and 25. The media camp was organized by Center for Youth Initiatives “Kelajak Ovozi” and Fund Forum at the support of the state and public organizations.
