Asia Alliance Bank to place new emission of shares for 9.7bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Asia Alliance Bank private open joint stock commercial bank is planning to increase its charter capital by 9.7 billion soums. The bank registered new emission of shares on 2 June 2010.
According to the prospectus of emission, the bank will emit 38.8 million ordinary shares with par value of 250 soums. Total emission of shares makes up 9.7 billion soums.
As earlier reported, Asia Alliance Bank is planning to raise charter capital up to 14.55 billion soums. Currently, the charter capital is 4.85 billion soums.
Asia Alliance Bank is young and dynamically developing bank in Uzbekistan. The bank received license from the Central Bank to carry out banking operations on 15 August 2009.
