Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan opened a court of arbitration in line with the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On arbitrary courts" and "On Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan", as well as for the purpose of creating a favourable climate for further development of enterprise and improvement of the system of legal support for entrepreneurs.

Arbitrary investigation is an efficient mechanism of settlement of business disputes, ensuring the confidentiality, cost-efficiency and quickness of the procedure, and allowing the parties to support good partnership relations. At the same time, the decision of the court, if not performed voluntarily, is enforced by law.

The court of arbitration under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan is to provide professional settlement of disputes of any complexity between the entrepreneurs, legal entities, individuals, as well as foreign citizens and organizations.
