Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A meeting was held at the Central Bank of Uzbekistan with members of the delegation of one of the leading banks in Europe - OTP Bank, led by Deputy Chairman of the Board of OTP Bank, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Ipoteka Bank Laszlo Wolf.

Representatives of OTP Bank emphasized the main indicators of the banking system of Uzbekistan, in particular, the growth of the loan portfolio, deposits and banking assets as a result of an increase in bank capital in recent years, as well as the rapid development of the digital banking system, which, in turn, is an important criterion for bringing Ipoteka Bank to a new level.

During the meeting, a number of issues related to the state of the current credit market in banks, problem loans, and liquidity ratios were discussed.

The parties also came to an agreement on the further activities of Ipoteka Bank and transformation processes.
