Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The National Agency for Prospective Projects of Uzbekistan and Binance have signed an agreement that will allow the cryptocurrency platform to serve clients in Uzbekistan through a licensed partner.

Under the agreement, Binance will operate in Uzbekistan via the local partner, COINPAY. This collaboration enables Binance users to deposit and withdraw funds in the national currency using bank cards and local payment systems through the official COINPAY website.

Binance has confirmed compliance with all local regulatory requirements, demonstrating the company’s commitment to adhering to Uzbekistan’s legal framework.

Kirill Khomyakov, the head of Binance for Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and Africa, stated: "Reaching an agreement with Uzbekistan’s regulator is an important step for our company.
