Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  On 20 December 2024, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Uzbekistan Beibut Atamkulov visited the Kazakh National Cultural Center in Jizzakh region, located in the international "House of Friendship."

The ambassador was introduced to the activities of the center, as well as other national cultural centers within the "House of Friendship" (which includes Kyrgyz, Tajik, Tatar, Korean, and Russian centers).

A roundtable discussion was held with representatives of the diaspora, focusing on cultural events, educational programs, and strengthening ties with Kazakhstan.

Jizzakh region is home to approximately 28,519 ethnic Kazakhs.
