Issues of polymer recycling discussed at an international conference in Moscow

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Specialists of Uzbekneftegaz took part in the conference "Recycling of polyethylene terephthalate and polymers - 2022", which was held in Moscow.

At this conference, online presentations prepared by employees of the department of gas processing and gas chemistry of Uzbekneftegaz were presented.

They provided detailed information on the current demand for polyethylene terephthalate and polymer products in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the production capacities of plants and promising projects implemented in the field of gas chemistry.

The conference participants listened to reports on modern technologies introduced in the world in the field of polymer recycling. They present the technical, economic and most important environmental aspects of the introduction of new technologies in industry.

Also on the agenda of the conference, representatives of leading companies expressed their views on the polyethylene terephthalate market, changes in the market structure due to current and future bans and restrictions.
