Liquefied gas production increases at Gazli Gas Processing Plant
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The current state of work on the extraction and processing of natural gas has radically changed in the Gazli oil and gas production department.
Along with the improvement of the living conditions of workers and workers, and employees of modern structures, a number of measures have been identified to meet the needs of the population for natural and liquefied gas.
In particular, Uzbekneftegaz JSC, in order to organize stable production at the enterprises of the system and ensure the fulfillment of quality indicators in the production of products, is carrying out work on the installation and installation of 2 additional heat exchangers for a propane-butane mixture separation unit located in the Uchkir complex Gazli gas processing plant.
Design documentation was developed by UzLITIneftegaz JSC.
The main goal of the project is to maintain the quality indicators of processed natural gas at the level of standard requirements and to increase the gas processing capacity of the unit.
According to the project, 2 additional heat exchangers, the necessary material and technical resources and additional parts were allocated from the internal capacities of enterprises under the jurisdiction of Uzbekneftegaz JSC. At present, the heat exchange equipment is being tested at the JSC "Uzbekkhimmash Plant", installation work is underway.
Construction installation, technical diagnostics and tests are carried out by the general contractor Muborakneftgazmontazh JSC.
The Uchkir complex of the Gazli gas processing plant, located the Romiton district of Bukhara region, was commissioned in 1980. The propane-butane mixture production unit is designed to produce 4.5 billion cubic meters of gas per year, 80.0 thousand tons of liquefied gas and 37.5 thousand tons of gas condensate.
