The procedure for issuing mortgage subsidies established
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - In accordance with the Regulation, in order to receive a subsidy, the applicant personally contacts the Public Service Centers (PSC) of the desired district (city) or passes registration on the Unified Portal of Interactive Public Services (EPIGU) to receive a public service in electronic form.
In a personal appeal, a PSC employee fills out an application form on behalf of the applicant, and when submitting an application through EPIGU, the applicant independently fills out the application form in electronic form and attaches the relevant documents.
Mortgage subsidy applications on behalf of migrant workers can be submitted by his family members.
Services to applicants through PSC and EPIGU are provided free of charge.
The deadline for submitting an application for a subsidy is from March 1 to October 1, applications submitted after this deadline are not considered.
Responsible organizations will check the applicant’s compliance with social criteria on the basis of the documents provided by him within 10 working days.
Based on the submitted documents and information, as well as on the results of evaluations according to social criteria, the commission for the selection of citizens who receive the subsidy decides whether or not to grant the applicant a subsidy for mortgage loans.
The down payment subsidy is at least 20 percent of the cost of an apartment purchased in cities and at least 10 percent in rural areas.
The subsidies provided are issued to one family (one of the family members) only 1 time.
