Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Government Resolution approved the provisions on the organization of activities of non-governmental forensic organizations.
In accordance with the Regulation on the organization of activities of non-governmental forensic organizations, approved by the Resolution, a non-governmental forensic organization is created in the form of a legal entity.
A non-governmental forensic organization is an organization that specializes in conducting forensic examinations in civil, economic, criminal and administrative cases, which employs specialists with a judicial expert certificate.
Only a forensic expert can work as the head of the organization.
A non-governmental forensic organization is entitled to engage only in forensic activities.
According to the regulation, it is forbidden to carry out this activity in a residential building.
The organization independently determines the prices of the ongoing forensic examination.
The official website of the Ministry of Justice will conduct a rating of non-governmental forensic organizations.
The resolution also approved the provisions on the procedure for retraining, advanced training and legal knowledge of forensic experts, as well as on the procedure for maintaining the Unified Register of persons who received a certificate confirming professional competence as a forensic expert.
