Representatives of the Ministry of Innovative Development takes part in the International Forum in Sochi
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - An international forum on the topic of “Global technological leadership” was held in Sochi, Russian Federation, on the introduction of advanced end-to-end technologies in high-tech industries and the development of an innovative ecosystem. The heads of departments of the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shukhrat Otadzhonov and Nilufar Avezova took part in it.
Within the framework of the forum, a strategic session was organized “Designing the Concept of an Interstate Program of Innovative Cooperation of the CIS Member States until 2030”. The main goal of the strategic session is to prepare a conceptual project aimed at implementing scientific, technical and innovative activities and increasing the effectiveness of cooperation in the field of commercialization of scientific developments. Based on this concept, a state program of cooperation between the CIS member states in the innovation sphere will be developed.
Within the framework of the forum, practical mechanisms of perspective scientific and innovative cooperation between the Ministry of Innovative Development and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation (MSHE) were discussed with the Director of the Department of Innovations and Advanced Studies of the MSHE Vadim Medvedev and the Head of the Department of International Cooperation and Integration of the Federal Agency for CIS Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Malenko.
During the meeting, an agreement was reached to organize a foresight session in Tashkent in January 2020 to discuss the state program of cooperation of the CIS member states in the innovation sphere.
