Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 18 October, the first online educational platform in Uzbek language Khan Academy Oʻzbek was opened in Tashkent.
The platform brought together representatives of the Ministry of Public Education, ambassadors and representatives of diplomatic missions in Uzbekistan, as well as a number of the best teachers and students - prize winners at subject Olympiads, along with the creators of the online school. It was they who presented their unique content, which will open a new page in the education system, will form a modern approach to learning.
The opening participants presented a presentation about the platform to visitors, talked about what function the team performs, what motivates them, and the plans of Khan Academy Oʻzbek.
The awarding ceremony of the best content for the creators of the platform, as well as sponsors supporting the project and thereby making a great contribution to the development of education in Uzbekistan, took place on the stage. The grand opening and launch of the platform were announced by the founders of the project.
After which a panel discussion was held on the topic “Why do we need to develop content in the Uzbek language?” The Benefits of Online Learning ”with the participation of Alisher Sadullayev, Ibrokhim Juraev, Sarvar Babakhodjaev, Aftondil Erkinov, Zafar Khashimov, Botir Arifjanov, Umidzhon Ishmukhamedov and Moderator of the discussion was Nabi Togaev.
On this day, each participant of the opening got the opportunity to get acquainted with the platform, talk with experts and mentors, and the Khan Academy Oʻzbek team will make a wide statement about themselves and their activities.
