Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 10 September, Tashkent will host the I National Republican Conference “Rehabilitology: Achievements, Problems, Prospects - 2019”.
At the conference, doctors will be presented with the concept of developing the rehabilitation industry of Uzbekistan using the latest Russian digital computerized patient rehabilitation system. The system was developed by a scientific group led by Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Konstantin Lyadov with the participation of MedInvestGroup (MIG). It is planned to introduce this Russian development in Uzbekistan in the areas of neurology, cardiology, and traumatology.
The modernization of the rehabilitation industry began in accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 30, 2018 "On measures to improve neurological care." The conference will allow industry experts to precisely determine the approach to organizing rehabilitation in medical institutions, identify basic needs and form a working group to develop this area.
The main problems of the state in the field of rehabilitation will be identified by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan Alisher Shadmanov. Konstantin Lyadov, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Medical Sciences, will talk about modern approaches to the patient recovery process and the advantages of the Russian digital system used for this. Professor, chief freelance specialist in medical rehabilitation of Roszdravnadzor, Honored Doctor of the Russian Federation.
“Our Uzbek colleagues considered several proposals from various countries for optimizing the rehabilitation processes, but they became interested in Russian development, since this is a fundamentally new technology, a turnkey project,” comments Konstantin Lyadov. - We offer not just a set of simulators that can be used in different combinations, but an integrated system combined with common software. It allows you to quickly and with minimal cost to organize an effective process of rehabilitation of a large number of patients. Another advantage is the ability to quickly train instructors. At the same time, three times less specialists are involved in the work process than with the classical scheme of work of rehabilitation centers. ”
The digital system offered by Uzbek rehabilitologists is registered in Russia and is already being implemented in several regions of the country. Software, rehabilitation technologies, and training of specialists are provided by MMC Clinics of Lyadova LLC, a unique project of the MedInvestGroup Group of Companies and academician K.V. Lyadova. The complex of simulators with program control required for its application is produced by the Russian company Ortorent.
“One of the features of our computerized system is that it processes the medical history and draws up an individual program for the restoration of the patient artificial intelligence. The simulators are controlled using special electronic cards on which the prescribed recovery courses are recorded,” Oleg Velikov, General Director of Ortorent LLC, explains. - The doctor corrects the formed course, and the instructor monitors the progress of the exercises to restore lost functions or strengthen muscle strength. It is automation that accelerates patient care and simplifies the training of trainers. ”
