Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Madad legal advisory bureaus are gradually being created in Uzbekistan, the Justice Ministry of Uzbekistan said.
At the suggestion of the Ministry of Justice, the Government adopted a decree “On measures to further improve the system of providing legal information and providing legal assistance to the population”.
The resolution established the non-governmental non-profit organization Madad.
This institution provides free legal advice and practical legal assistance to the population.
To do this, in each district (city), Madad legal advisory bureaus are gradually being created.
As you know, in April the Ministry of Justice launched the Advice.uz portal, which hosts more than 1000 content on basic legal issues covering all areas of public life.
As noted in the decree, the institution “Madad” is entrusted with the task of constantly improving the portal Advice.uz (e-maslahat.uz).
It also performs the following functions:
provides citizens with free legal advice online;
constantly provides citizens with free legal advice by creating consulting offices in the regions;
develops proposals for improving legislation with the analysis of requests for legal advice;
attracts volunteers to work to harmonize legal knowledge with socio-political changes.
