Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A Joint Belarusian-Uzbek Inter-sectoral Institute of Applied Technical Qualifications will be opened in Tashkent.
The draft resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “the establishment of a joint Belarusian-Uzbek Inter-sectoral Institute of Applied Technical Qualifications in Tashkent” has been published for discussion.
The Institute will train specialists with higher education in strategically important areas for Uzbekistan.
The graduates will be issued a diploma of the established model of the Belarusian National Technical University, which is recognized as a document on higher education in Uzbekistan.
The institute will be located on the basis of the Tashkent Construction and Municipal Professional College. Education at the Institute is carried out in Russian according to curricula and programs approved by the Belarusian side.
Training will be conducted in such areas as intelligent devices, machines and production, computer mechatronics, biotechnical and medical devices and systems, management of innovative projects of industrial enterprises and others.
The Belarusian-Uzbek Inter-sectoral Institute of Applied Technical Qualifications will receive the first students from the 2019/2020 academic year.
