Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Two citizens of Uzbekistan died as a result of a traffic accident in Kazakhstan, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Uzbekistan said.
On 5 March 2018, at 10:50 two citizens died in the result of collision of the KAMAZ truck and the car "Opel-Astra", following the route St. Petersburg – Tashkent, on the 778 km of the road "Samara-Shymkent" in the area of the village of Olke, Aktobe region of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
As a result of joint work carried out by the Central Control Center of the Ministry for Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the Emergency Situations Committee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the identities of the dead citizens of Uzbekistan were determined.
In the road accident, the natives of Andijan region Zohidjon Isakov and Kodirjon Yuldashev died. The bodies of the deceased are in the Aktobe morgue.
Currently, the Ministry of Emergency Situations together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in cooperation with the Emergency Situations Committee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, organized work to bring the information to close relatives of the deceased and in organizational arrangements for the delivery of bodies of the victims to the Republic of Uzbekistan.
