Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- MPs of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis supported a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers on 23 February 2018.
According to the resolution, all legal entities, which have license, were given the right to engage in professional development of drivers. Earlier, the deputies sent a request to create equal opportunities in this direction for all organizations.
“We cannot deny that time requires the use of innovative ideas and technologies. As in other areas of our daily life, innovative approaches should also be applied in the field of driving. These are undeniable demands of the time,” MP Rasul Kusherbayev wrote on his Facebook page.
He underlined that the most important aspect of the new resolution is creation of equal conditions for all non-state educational institutions that have a license.
“Now all legal entities engaged in professional development should take advantage of this opportunity,” the deputy stressed.
With the support of the resolution of the Cabinet, MP Akmal Umirzakov said that the adoption of this document indicates a "serious approach" of the government to the appeal of deputies.
New resolution will serve to create a competitive environment, Khairullo Ruzmetov, said. He also stressed the need and timeliness of the document.
“The reaction of the Cabinet of Ministers to the appeals of deputies with introduction of changes to the resolution once again testifies to the effectiveness of interaction between the legislative and executive branches,” Ruzmetov said.
