Four citizens of Uzbekistan injured in traffic accident in Russia

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Four citizens of Uzbekistan were injured in a traffic accident in Saratov region of Russia, the press service of the Uzbek Foreign Ministry said.
On 7 January 2018, at approximately 20.00 local time, there was a traffic accident on the 560th kilometer of the federal highway.
The driver of BMW, moving towards Saratov, failed to control the vehicle and crashed into the minibus RENO. As a result of the accident five people were injured.
According to the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Russia, all victims, including 4 Uzbek citizens and a BMW driver, were taken to the Petrovsky District Hospital.
At present, citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sayokhat Chorieva is in the intensive care unit of the Petrovsky district hospital in Saratov region. The state of her health is stable and there is no threat to her life.
Other passengers of the minibus RENO, citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, received minor bruises and refused hospitalization.
Currently, the Consular Section of the Embassy works on providing assistance to the victims.
