Dmitry Turusin holds seminar on touch points in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A business-seminar with participation of the Russian specialist on touch point Dmitru Turusin was held in Tashkent on 14 October.
The seminar was organized by Be The Change Group. It was held at Wyndham Tashkent Hotel. Representatives of the Uzbek companies attended the event.
At the seminar, Dmitry Turusin briefed the participants on touch points of the company with its clients.
Touch point is any communication of client with the company – place, moment, situation, documents, interfaces, Turusin said.
The participants received opportunity to determine touch points for their companies, understand how they work and find ways of their improvement with set rules and algorithms.
Turusin underlined that any company have several tens of touch points. He recommended to find 10 important and useful touch points and focus on their development.
Within the seminar, the participants received a chance to establish business contacts and participate in autograph session. The participants received official certificates on participation of the seminar.
