Shanghai Six leaders conclude talks at Kyrgyzstan summit

Leaders of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states concluded talks Thursday morning at their summit in Kyrgyzstan’s capital, Bishkek.
President Kurmanbek Bakiyev, hosting the summit, said the sides agreed to hold the next SOC summit in neighboring Tajikistan in 2008.
The SCO comprises Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, and has Iran, India, Pakistan and Mongolia as observers.
