Zeppelin, Uzbekneftegaz to create new joint venture

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Zeppelin International (the United States) and national holding company Uzbekneftegaz is planning to create a new joint venture on production of spare parts and maintenance of equipment, the source in the Uzbek company said.

Energonews reported quoting Uzbekneftegaz source that the signed an agreement on creation of the joint venture on production of spare parts and maintenance of equipment (diesel engines) on the base of one of local enterprises.

The volume of investments and terms of implementation of the project will be determined after marketing research, which will be conducted in 2012.
