Yuri Bashmet met with the students of the lyceum and conducted master class, as well as helped to improve their skills. The master made jokes and smiled with children. Yuri Bashmet received national clothes of Uzbekistan as a gift. At the meeting, Bashmet said he has plans to hold joint project with Uzbekistan.

Yuriy Bashmet with orchestra led by Botir Rasulov performed a music at the end of the event.

Botir Rasulov said that Bashmet helped children to improve their skills. He said that the orchestra made huge work to prepare to the meeting with Bashmet.

Student of the lyceum Nilyufar Muhddinova said that she sees Bashmet for the second time. She said she met him in Minsk at master class. She said that Yuriy Bashmet is a bright person and one can talk with him for several hours.

Yuri Bashmet arrives in Uzbekistan to give a concert on 22 October, the first day of Style.Uz Art Week.
