Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The procedure for allocating an unsecured loan in the amount of up to 33 million soums for the construction of additional housing in an individual household to children of families included in the “Iron Notebook” and “Women’s Notebook”, as well as young people who have re-entered the marriage included in the Youth Notebook.

The loan is provided on the following terms:

- with a grace period of 6 months at the discretion of the client at the market rate;

- for a period not exceeding 20 years;

- an initial payment of at least 15 percent of the cost of additional housing under construction in an individual household.

In addition, the borrower must meet the following criteria:

- age from 18 to 30 years on the day of applying for a loan;

- children of families included in the “Iron Notebook” and “Women’s Notebook”, as well as young people who remarried, included in the “Youth Notebook” (from the date of marriage registration - no more than 3 years);

- have a permanent source of income from personal subsidiary plots, farming or individual entrepreneurship.
