Born into a family of artists, Latipov studied monumental painting at Kamoliddin Bekzod National Institute of Arts and Design and graduated from it in 2009. He studied under famous artists such as V. Burmakin, B. Jalolov and D. Rakhmonov.

The artist has worked successfully in various art categories. Depicting chaos and harmony and sometimes both in a single piece, his creations are expressive and captivating. Latipov has been as successful in photography and graphics.

Aspiration to self-improvement and freedom in art is what sets apart the young artist’s style.
