The operator said that he replaced Maxim Halmatov, who become head of IT direction of Armentel (Beeline brand in Armenia).

Andrei Safronyuk, director-general of Unitel, said that it is pleasure to appoint a person, who has been working for a long time in the company and who recommended himself. He said that Kogay participated in introduction of new billing platform recently.

He said that currently main task of the IT department is to modernize technological platform and uninterrupted work of the systems.

Yevgeniy Kogay said that it is great challenge to head one of the IT directions of the largest telecom operator. He noted that launch of Comverse ONE billing opens new perspectives for Beeline and the company wants fully use it to launch new proposals and services for clients.
