Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- An apart-hotel of the Russian network YE’S may be opened in Tashkent. This was reported by the Russian edition of Construction.ru.

Developers and investors from Uzbekistan visited the YE’S Marata apart-hotel in St. Petersburg, where they got acquainted with the development of a network under a single brand franchise.

Also for the guests there was a tour of the apart-complex: inspection of the infrastructure and rooms.

As a result of the meeting, preliminary agreements were reached on cooperation between the parties within the framework of applying the experience of the YE’S network on the territory of Tashkent.

“Developers who visited YE’S Marata as part of a property tour are planning to implement this project in Tashkent. We will seek professional help from YE’S Management Company. We will also offer this format of commercial real estate for our other investors in Yunusobod Business City projects on the part of the Tashkent City Hall,” said I & I Capital co-founder, head of the investment projects department of the Yunusobod Business City Directorate under the Tashkent city administration, Iroda Rasulova.
