Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Travel planning will become more convenient — Yandex Go has launched a Price Index. It will not only display the level of demand at the current moment, but also show how the price usually changes during the day. 

A special schedule has appeared in the application, which helps to make a decision: it is worth ordering a car right now, or, on the contrary, wait a little to avoid rush hour and save money. This was reported by the press service of Yandex.

To build such a graph, the algorithm compares data from several important indicators at once. It analyzes the number of available cars nearby and the cost of traveling on this route over the past four weeks. The period was not chosen by chance - during these days enough data is collected for evaluation, and at the same time, as a rule, weather and road conditions are similar. If the price of a trip is higher or lower than usual, the application will also note this and indicate which factors influenced this.

Yandex Go has technologies that allow you to save money when traveling even during periods of high demand. For example, the algorithm might suggest that after completing a trip, walk a few minutes to your destination.
