Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  Yandex Go taxi booking service has launched in Navoi, making it available in the 16th city of Uzbekistan. Residents and visitors of the city can now easily order rides through the Yandex Go mobile app, available for both iOS and Android.

To order, simply specify the pickup and destination points on the map. The app will display the vehicle’s estimated arrival time and driver information. Payment can be made either in cash or via a bank card linked to the app.

The minimum fare for a ride is 4,000 soums. For example, a trip from the "Voshod" market to the "Yangi Hayot" supermarket is approximately 4,500 soums.

Yandex Go uses Yandex technologies, including maps, navigation, and an intelligent order distribution system. The service is already available in 15 other cities of Uzbekistan, including Tashkent, Namangan, Andijan, Fergana, Margilan, Kokand, Samarkand, Bukhara, Termez, Nukus, Karshi, Urgench, Khiva, Gulistan, and Jizzakh.
