Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Residents of Qoqand can now order ready-to-eat meals from restaurants for home or office delivery through the Yandex Go app.
Users already have access to approximately 50 restaurants participating in the service, including Evos, KFC, Oqtepa, Bellissimo, Mini-food, and other establishments. The number of partners is set to increase continuously, expanding the variety of available dishes.
To celebrate the launch, Qoqand residents are offered free delivery for orders, which will be available for a full three months, along with a promo code EATS30 offering a 30,000 soums discount on the first order through the app.
"It is important for us to ensure access to good service and a wide selection of dishes in different cities. And for restaurants to attract more customers. In Qoqand, we see a high demand for delivery and are pleased to offer our solutions to make it more convenient for everyone," shared Stanislav Datsko, General Director of Yandex Eats in Uzbekistan.
The list of available restaurants is adapted based on the delivery address, with users initially seeing the closest establishments. Users can track the status of their order at all stages within the app, which shows whether the order is ready and the location of the courier.
The service includes round-the-clock customer support. If users have questions or feedback, they can contact support through the app.
Payment can be made via a bank card linked to the app account or in cash upon order receipt.
Delivery services are provided by the service's partners: logistics companies or the restaurants' own couriers.
