Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  The food delivery service from Yandex Go is now available in Nukus. Residents can now order meals from cafes and restaurants to their home or office through the popular Yandex Go app, which is already used for ride-hailing and package delivery within the city.

Over 30 restaurants are already part of the service, and the list of partners will continue to grow, along with the delivery area. This expansion provides users access to a wide variety of dishes from both beloved and new establishments, while also offering businesses an additional sales channel. According to the service’s experience, cooperation with the Eats service in Yandex Go has led to a 20% increase in restaurant sales.

"We are bringing new technologies and modern convenience to Nukus. Thanks to our collaboration with Eats, restaurants can reach a wider audience and increase their profits, while customers can enjoy their favorite meals in the comfort of their homes or offices," said Stanislav Datsko, Head of the Eats service in Yandex Go Uzbekistan.

To ensure the food arrives hot, the service offers nearby establishments. The average wait time from placing the order to delivery at the specified address is around 30 minutes. Users can track the delivery in real-time within the app, which shows the order status and the courier’s location. Deliveries are carried out by partners from logistics services and restaurant couriers, traveling on foot, bicycles, mopeds, or cars.

At launch, delivery will be free for all users, and a 30,000 soum discount is available on the first order with the promo code EATS30. Payments can be made via a bank card linked to the app account or in cash upon order delivery.

To start using the Yandex Go food and goods delivery service, users should update their app to the latest version or download it from the App Store or Google Play if they have not installed it yet.
