Yandex Eats service launched in Andijan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Now residents of Andijan can use Yandex Eats, a service for ordering ready-made food from restaurants and products from stores with delivery to home and office. The launch of the service is an additional opportunity for local entrepreneurs to use Yandex resources to attract new audiences, thereby increasing profits.

In 2023, the service began operating in Tashkent and Samarkand, and it is also planned to launch in Ferghana in the near future.

“We see huge potential for development in the Uzbekistan market. The launch of Andijan was a logical step, and we plan to further expand the geography of the service. Our goal is to offer users a convenient and technological service based on our own algorithms, with fast delivery throughout the city and a large selection of restaurants, and our partners - a convenient platform that allows them to systematically develop their business,” says Stanislav Datsko, CEO of Yandex Eats Uzbekistan.

At the moment, more than 30 restaurants in Andijan have already connected to Yandex Eats, including Oqtepa Lavash, KFC and others. The list of partners will be regularly updated, and with it the variety of dishes and goods available for order will grow. You can place an order through the Yandex Eats application of the same name or in the corresponding section in Yandex Go.

The service’s proprietary technologies allow restaurant partners to optimize logistics operations and create a single window for the user to select a variety of food. For each address, the list of available restaurants shows nearby establishments. The platform distributes orders and builds optimal routes, taking into account the number of available couriers on the line. You can follow all stages in the application - it warns you at what stage the order is currently at and where the courier is.

Orders are delivered by couriers from partner logistics services and the restaurants’ own couriers.

The service provides 24/7 support. If the user is not satisfied with the order or wants to ask a question, he can contact support through the application, and they will help him understand the situation.

At the start, delivery of orders for the user will be free for three months. Payment is possible with a bank card linked to your account in the application, or in cash upon receipt of the order.
