The event was organized at Tashkent Ecologic Park and children showed cultural diversity in dances, songs, national costumes, etc.
During the event, children presented a fairy tale and children played roles of toys and presented their stories. Each toy presented culture of separate nation. The children briefed the participants on history and legends of various nations.
In 2001, UNESCO adopted the Universal Declaration on Cultural Diversity and in December 2002, the UN General Assembly, in its resolution 57/249, declared May 21 to be the World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development.
