The session was attended by representatives of Tashkent city administration, Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investment and Trade, National Bank of Uzbekistan, hotels and tourism companies of Uzbekistan.

Hotel business was represented by such hotels as Grand Mir, Uzbekistan Hotel, Radisson Blu, Dedemand, City Palace, Le Grande Plaza, Registan Plaza, Grand Bukhara, Zargiron Servis, Shodlik Palace, Grand Orzu, etc. Among tour companies were Asia Adventures, Aznur Travel, Dolores Travel Servises, Yasmina Tour, Ark Osiyo, and others.

Deputy chairperson of Uzbektourism Anvar Temurkhodjaev said that it is necessary to ensure that local tourism company and hotels will actively participated at the event. They should also prevent quality stands and information materials, as well as presentations.

The participants discussed distribution of areas at international exhibition. The local companies were asked to attract their foreign partners to the exhibition. They were also recommended to prepare presentation materials.

Uzbektourism management also called representatives of tourism industry actively use new web-project welcomeuzbekistan.uz and place information on their services to the websites. The tourism sector supported proposals on increasing information on the web-portal.

The session adopted a corresponding decision on preparation to the TITF-2013.
