Wildberries supports local businesses by offering Uzbek- and Russian-language training for opening pickup points, entering the online platform, and managing sales effectively. Since the beginning of 2024, Wildberries’ PRO Center for Development and Support has trained about 500 entrepreneurs and local business owners. In partnership with the Ministry of Investments, Industry, and Trade, as well as the Uztextile Association, on-site training has been provided in both major and smaller cities across Uzbekistan.

For pickup point operators, space requirements have been reduced from 70 to 30 square meters, with additional financial incentives introduced. Currently, there are over 2,600 potential locations for new pickup points in cities like Tashkent, Nukus, Margilan, Jizzakh, Fergana, Urgench, Angren, and Navoi.

Support for women’s entrepreneurship is also expanding. Under a memorandum with the Association of Women and Girls of Uzbekistan, training for digital skills and online business promotion will be provided, including seminars across regions to familiarize women entrepreneurs with Wildberries’ business tools.
