“Superapp Humans is becoming the main digital assistant of Uzbeks not only in everyday life, but also on holidays. On the eve of March 8, we recorded a growing demand for buying gifts and preparing for the holiday - the number of transactions with Humans VISA bank cards increased by 14%. Users were more likely to buy cosmetics and household appliances, go to the theater and concerts, order a taxi, and also invest more in joint vacations.

Researching user habits helps us make the Humans product better – for example, we are constantly improving the cashback program. Now it can be exchanged for goods and services inside the superapp - a new smartphone, smart watch or TV - for yourself or as a gift. Thanks to special cashback conditions, Humans customers are more likely to make large purchases with a card, rather than in cash, as before - this is how they earn from each purchase, including from expensive gifts for March 8th. This is how our ecosystem helps users save money, but at the same time not deny themselves anything,” commented Anton Martynenko, Big Data Analytics Director at Humans.
